Brand Identity design for new beauty service startup Beauty Rocks, run by a professionally MAC trained beauty therapist with big intentions for launching own brand products into an e-commerce store in the near future.
The brief was to create an original logo and identity with a contemporary, bold, energetic look and feel that stands out from the 'pale pink and floral' beauty crowd. The identity has flexibility for future use in product design and communicates the colourful and vibrant brand to the target audience of women who want to look good, feel confident and rock their look.
The logo combines a rock hand gesture, the leaves of a flower and a bold rainbow gradient to create a fun, iconic mark. This combined with a simple, modern web friendly sans-serif typeface for a bold, modern look and feel.
