Terms & conditions
All quantities stated are the minimum amount to be provided per the design contract, more may be provided if time allows.
All print work quoted above includes hi-res print-ready artwork files but does not include the cost of printing, unless the quote specifically includes print cost.
The design contract must be signed and deposit taken, as stated in the contract, before any work commences.
All artwork will be supplied by the agreed deadline, any delay in feedback can cause this deadline to move.
Amends made after the final sign-off when files are exported and supplied will result in further artwork fees at an hourly rate of £45 per hour.
Estimated timelines start on the agreed date and are based on full working days only, excluding bank holidays and time waiting for feedback from the client.
It is the client's responsibility to check brand names do not conflict legally with existing brands or infringe Trademark or copyright laws. See design contract for full legal terms and conditions.
Bespoke copywriting, photography, video, illustration and animation will be priced separately and may be outsourced if necessary. All web hosting and domain costs are payable by the client. Ongoing website maintenance or security is not included in the package price, but can be arranged on request. The designer is not responsible for 3rd party CMS downtime or update errors.
*Stock images, video, audio, illustrations and paid-for fonts must be purchased by the client unless royalty-free and remain the responsibility of the client, including purchasing the correct license for the work being undertaken (see stock site usage guidelines). Unless otherwise stated, images sourced for visual purposes are placeholder images only until they are purchased, and subject to copyright law, if used on any published artwork without the designer's knowledge is not the responsibility of the designer and the client shall be held responsible.
