Hone is the new learning and development platform for professionals working in Higher Education Institutions, founded in 2023 by Marketing Consultant, Ria Gabriel O’Sullivan. 

After working in HE for almost twenty years, working within institutions, in agencies that support them, and as a consultant – Ria could see there was a large gap in the HE sector. Hone helps HEIs who are ready to invest in their staff to achieve a motivated and empowered team. With no other learning platform on the market specifically for HE, hone brings together learning, development, connection, and well-being to truly transform individuals and teams across marketing, recruitment, admissions, and communications. 

A full strategic approach: discovery, strategy, and design. Workshops helped define the brand definition, values, and personality of this disruptive, quirky but friendly and fun brand. The core values are Bold, Supportive, and Empowerment. We affectionately call Hone the Smart, Cool auntie: Supportive, sassy, bold and serious when needed!
